Welcome to RTFM, where creativity meets expertise, and every project gets the love and precision it deserves.

Years ago, after graduating from the renowned “Nissan Nativ Acting Studio,” I faced a financial freak-out. I needed a business and was drooling over video editing software but lacked experience or footage. So, I started writing humorous wedding songs, scripting them into music videos, and creating them for happy couples.

What began as a quirky idea turned into a thriving production company.

From the wedding halls, I moved to the tech offices of Tel Aviv. In 2010, as video demand surged, I realized quality content was out of reach for many. I disrupted the market with budget-friendly solutions, helping companies create the videos they dreamed of. Together with a talented crew, we delivered impactful content on tight timelines and budgets.

Fast forward: In 2015, my (INCREDIBLE) team created a product video in just 48 hours, helping a client raise $60M in five days. This launched me into a new chapter as VP of Marketing for "temi", a robotics company where I built the brand, led marketing efforts, and eventually became CEO of the U.S. branch.

Since then, I’ve led businesses ranging from consumer packaged goods to tech startups. Whether building brands, establishing in-house creative pipelines, or managing hardware and software teams, I’ve always blended creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results.

RTFM embodies this journey. We thrive on:
